Hi, I'm Kathie....

I am passionate about empowering women to feel their absolute best in life. As a Certified Functional Lifestyle Coach and a women in midlife myself, I have experienced firsthand the tranformative power of holistic wellness practices.


I am a mom of boy/girl twins, who have come a long way after spending 4 months in the NICU and encountered many challenges. Today they are vibrant high schoolers with busy activity schedules. My children are my WHY I make my wellness my primary focus.


I have created a space for women where we can have real, honest, unfiltered conversations about what's going on with you and your metabolic health and hormones through programs I have personally designed. I believe that through group programs, we HEAL and THRIVE in a group envionment.
